Rayner is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate and a fellow of the Young Emerging Leaders Project, of the Leo Africa Institute (Class of 2018- 2019).
He participates in numerous charity activities centered on education and child welfare.
Rayner possesses over 5 years experience in the Legal Profession. He has participated in a number of corporate transactions, civil and commercial disputes, Succession disputes, Family disputes and land conveyances.
