Profile Summary
Mercy undertook her Clerkship at KAA as a pre-requisite for the award of the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Following the completion of her post graduate diploma in legal practice, she returned to KAA as an intern. In January 2020, she was formally hired by KAA as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation and Corporate Advisory Departments, she is currently a Senior Associate.
Mercy has a strong interest in legal areas such as Transactional law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Financing, Asset purchases, intellectual property, Revenue and Taxation Law, Company Law, Banking Law. Her experience spans across civil litigation, corporate advisory, energy, banking, finance and tax, telecommunications and media.
She enjoys voluntary activities in line with empowerment of young adults through Education and sharing life experiences.
