An appeal by Celtel Uganda against the decision of the Chief Magistrates Court of Mengo at Mengo in which the Appellant was found to have breached the duty of trust and confidence it owed to the respondent when it released the call records and data to a stranger who had used a forged court order. The High Court upheld the decision of the Chief Magistrates Court.
