Rayner is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate  and a fellow of the Young Emerging Leaders Project, of the Leo Africa Institute (Class of 2018- 2019).

He participates in numerous charity activities centered on education and child welfare.

Rayner possesses over 5 years experience in the Legal Profession. He has participated in a number of corporate transactions, civil and commercial disputes, Succession disputes, Family disputes and land conveyances.

He has conducted trainings on Money Laundering, Cybercrime, Information Technology, Privacy and Data protection and Intellectual property Law.
